PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ THE INFORMATION FLYER THAT IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR DANCER'S COSTUME. THESE ARE THE RULES AND POLICIES TO OUR COSTUME RENTAL PROGRAM.
FAILURE TO NOT ABIDE BY THESE RULES AND POLICES COULD RESULT IN YOU PURCHASING THE COSTUME FOR FULL RETAIL VALUE.
If needed, you can steam the wrinkles out with a handheld steamer (not the steam from an iron); from a steamer.
DO NOT IRON A TUTU OR ANY COSTUME - THE FABRIC WILL MELT.
When you receive your child's costume(s), the costume and all accessories will be contained in a clear garment bag with a costume rental form. All costume(s), accessories and the costume rental form will be returned after your child's performance just as you received it. FAILURE TO RETURN COSTUME, ALL ACCESSORIES AND THE COSTUME RENTAL FORM at the required time will result in your ISPA account being charged for the cost of the costume, accessories and the garment bag.
Island School of Performing Arts (ISPA) and their staff are NOT responsible for any lost items.
If you cannot live without it, please do not bring it to rehearsals or the performance.
Please DO NOT WASH costumes in a washing machine nor place them in a dryer to get the wrinkles out. STEAM ONLY.
Please DO NOT allow your child to wear their costume to play in or to any other events such as talent shows or costume parties until AFTER the recital performance. Damaged costumes will result in your ISPA account being charged a fee for repair or replacement.
DO NOT allow your child to eat or drink while wearing their costume.
Costumes are NOT friendly to being cleaned once soiled.
